The mbed team is officially maintaining a TCP/IP stack and Socket API running on top of multiple transports (Ethernet, WiFi and 3G). This page stores a list of libraries and applications, developed by mbed users, implementing different protocols and services API:
are there plan's to update the email API for this new ethernet stack?
None of the TCP/IP protocols, or service APIs, will be officially maintained by the mbed team.
Unfortunately, we do not have the resources to do that.
In this page we will simply list protocol and API libraries developed by mbed users that the mbed team has verified to be compatible with the officially maintained networking stack.
Cheers,
Emilio

A am new to LPC1768 and mbed. I have just purchased the Testbed board with LPC1768. I have managed to use various peripherals but I am finding problem in using ethernet. My Laptop network card is not detecting the CAT-5 cable connected to the RJ-45 connector on TestBed board. The laptop network card is working properly with other devices.
Further I tried this program but did not work.
Can you please help me.
