Getting Start with RTL8711AM

Hi ,

I want to use RTL8711AM board, when i connect CON2 of the board to PC it is not detecting in my device Manager,

I installed IDE and when i try to install mbed serial port driver, it shows " Driver cound not install no mbed microcontroller found"

I can i us the Board further, Suggestions will be helpful..

Hi,

mbed currently supports this board https://os.mbed.com/platforms/Realtek-RTL8195AM/ , not the 8711AM. I recommend following the firmware update instructions on that page to get the board to be recognized by the computer.
