serial data to HTTP RPC

Hi all,

I am currently working on sensor network project. I have MSP430 controller which gives output of all readings via Serial to P27 and P28 of MBED. Now i want to get that data to Visual Studio(VB or c#). So i want to know what data should be passed to get continuous data from serial or to start the serial communication ?

like LED control example. http://mbed-ip/rpc/led1/write 1
