Multiple MBED Compiler Directories

I have two MBEDs which work fine. But when I log on amd bring up the compiler I only jave one common directory for source code. (It doesn't mattter which MBED I use to make the web connection so I am assuming that the directory the compiler uses is based on my logi ID, not the unique MBED ID.)
My problem is that I want to use one MBED as a test platform before making changes to my production MBED, I would like to keep the Binary file names common across MBEDs. I would like to keep seperate source code libraries but can't figure out how to build subdirectories under My Programs.
Any help or advice? Thanks
