Link dead to official mbed eagle libraries...

Hi mbed people, I'm only posting this here because I have a feeling you won't spot the bug on the Cookbook page itself... The official mbed Eagle library links are dead. See the post at the bottom of this page:

Hi Robbie,

Thanks for pointing that out.

We've moved some infrastructure, and some stuff from a long time ago got left behind.

I have uploaded them, and replaced the link as appropriate.
