NUCLEO-F746ZG missing pin definition for PH_2

mbed/TARGET_NUCLEO_F746ZG/TARGET_STM/TARGET_STM32F7/TARGET_NUCLEO_F746ZG/PinNames.h appears to be missing a definition for PH_2

There is no PH2 pin in STM32F746ZG (LQFP144 package).

If this is true then the CN11 pinout here needs to be updated as it indicates PH_2 is broken out: https://developer.mbed.org/platforms/ST-Nucleo-F746ZG/

Excellent. I see you bumped the version number too (That was a great idea to add that!)
