trouble assigning values to pwmouts as digitalouts

Hi all,

I have no trouble toggling the value of p8, but when I try to toggle the p21-p28. Is there something else besides:

DigitalOut muxA(p21); then I do an assign muxA = 1;  or  = 0;

any thoughts?
