using mbed NXP LPC1768 in a product?

Simon,

I'm interested in potentially using an mbed NXP LPC1768 in a consumer product rather than just as a development system. What issues (licensing, longevity of the compiler site and support structure) surround this potential use? Is this within the scope of expected use? Is there discussion or doc on this that I've overlooked or that you'd suggest?
