MCPWM connection

I wanted to get a PWM output from the http://mbed.org/handbook/USBAudio

I am still not sure what I need to do but it looks like I can not do it now:(

I think I understand that I was supposed to connect MC1A and MC2A to MCPWM channels 1 and 2 p1.18 LED1 p1.20 LED2

+ P1.19 - MC0A + P1.22 - MC0B + P1.25 - MC1A + P1.26 - MC1B + P1.28 - MC2A + P1.29 - MC2B

But it looks like I can not use these pins, is this how this is done to get a PWM output..bummer:( any help on this
