3.5 GHz Frequency Counter plus LC Meter

I'm sendig you link to take video about 3.5 GHz Frequency Counter plus LC Meter. In order to make small in file size video, sometime video and audio are not to good synchronized, so excuse me about that!!!

In order to operate this Instrument additionally to mbed module uses only two circuit. One is 3.5GHz Divider in order to measure so high frequency, and other is an operational amplifier that works as the oscillator, in order to measure capacity and inductivity.

Other documentation are not well prepared, so I can send it in the future. Anyway an donations are welcome and could help in speed up this.
