I'm currently working on a "Data Node" based around the MBEd, that will take data from one or more sensors then transmit it via one of a number of different transports (WiFi, 3G/GPRS, ZigBee) to a web-based application.

I've tested the Vodaphone libraries and they've worked a treat.
