Mbed Studio not working

Dear support,

I already submitted this request to studio@mbed.com (on May 22) but I haven't got any answer. So I am trying to submit the question through this forum.

I installed Mbed Studio, version 0.5.1. The installation was successful but I immediately encountered two problems: - I created a new program from the “mbed-os-sample-blinky” sample. Build for this program fails with error “permission denied”. Error at [2019-05-22T15:25:10.565] in the log file. - I tried to import a program from my online Mbed-OS account. It fails as well “saying that the python27.dll” cannot be found. Python 2.7 is installed on my machine. Error at [2019-05-22T15:12:47.104] in the log file.

I would more than happy to attach the log file, but the link for inserting images or files does not work. So I have copied the related lines of the log file below.

Please provide me with some help in how to solve these two issues.
