MAXREFDES101 - cannot measure PPG. cannot connect to DeviceStudio.

Hi,

I purchased MAXREFDES101 and trying to develop a software, but there problems. When connecting to the Android App, ECG, Temperature sensors works that the signal is plotted, but when starting PPG signal, it doesn't show anything. The PPG LED doesn't light up either. How can I solve this?

Also, pressing "Scan" on DeviceStudio app on Windows fails to connect to MAXREFDES101. I have checked that the connection itself is established by using TeraTerm and seeing few logs when startup routine occurs. The log says like:
