Potentiometer

Can I know the angle of a potentiometer and this be shown in a LCD? How can I do it?

Yes. Read the value on and ADC input, offset and scale the reading to give you the angle, draw the appropriate image on the LCD.

It's just an addition and a multiplication, what the numbers are depends entirely on the parts used.

What you want is possible but unless you expect someone to build it and write the code for you it's not possible to give a very specific answer without a lot more detail about the hardware used.
