Could you tell me where I can find the device.h header file? Thank you

Getting device.h not found error ? Update the mbed libraries in the program above.

Device header file is target specific file which is located in the HAL layer

None of the target folders seem to be the TI msp430/cc1101. So what would I do next? Thank you

The example program was tested on one of the LPC boards, I would guess LPC1768 based on what the user has in their list.

Click on the platform on the above toolbar, select your platform, and compile.
