Moving a library under development in my program workspace into a new team repo

I've been working for a couple of days on a library and have been committing it to whatever repo things go to when they are in the Program Workspace. Now I've created a team, and I wanted to move my library into a team repository so others could mess with the code if necessary. How do I do this?

It turns out that you just have to publish the code first, then you'll be able to select where the repo goes.
