The mbed board not getting recognized after the driver installation (image attached.)

I have installed the windows (mbedWinSerial_16466) application.But when the USB is plugged in after powering on it is still showing "Unknown device".I have attached the image.Please advice what to do. /media/uploads/ranjithrn/snapcrab_noname_2014-9-6_9-39-1_no-00.png

LPC1768..Now that I am able to communicate through the mini-usb(FRDM-KL25Z) on board through the USB on PC.But how to communicate using 'D+' &'D-' on the board.I have connected and checked it is working for the program on https://mbed.org/handbook/USBSerial I have added a display program also with this so when the USB is connected the display and the communication works.If the USB is not connected then the display also don't work.So I used this logic from https://mbed.org/handbook/SerialPC But now communication is not happening through USB(D+ & D-),only through mini-usb (FRDM-KL25Z) on board. How to solve this..?

Now I have installed the serial.inf file and I have an error 10 with the USB(D+ & D-).Image attached./media/uploads/ranjithrn/error10.png
