STM32F302R8 failing to connect to PC.

Hello there,

I received my Nucleo STM32F302R8 developement board yesterday, I connected it to my PC (windows7) and it was working fine. I tried connecting it again today and my PC is acknowledging their is a device connected (giving me the option to safely eject USB device) but I cannot see it in 'my computer'. I installed the USB driver and firmware update off the website and it says there is an STM dongle connected in 'device manager' but I still cannot connected to it.

Any help would be much appreciated.

Hello,

there's a STlink upgrade available on MBED.

Did you install it?

Sylvain

Hello, I have already installed this firmware and it doesn't seem to make a difference. I tried the device on another machine (also windows 7) last night, installed the firmware update and it worked fine. The only difference I have noticed between the two PC's is the internet browser the one using Firefox doesn't work and the one that does work is using internet explorer, could this cause the issue?

Many thanks.
