Limit Switch for robot
Looking for a limit switch to control the arm of an mbed based robot. I have been recommended VEX's limit switch which is clearly a rip off, 14 quids for a limit switch? No. But I found tactile switches AKA bump switches and microswitches working fine with other applications but not sure if they can be used with a micro controller. Any suggestions?

No specific experience wit this, but normal switch can be used with a microcontroller. You just have to make sure you can handle switch bounce.
