i need a big program

i need a program to import into the LPC1768, the program may be 100 or 200 KB. I need the chip get a higher temperature.

The temperature of your chip is in no way related to the size of the program.

why? i think if the program is over 32KB, the chip will achieve higher temperature quickly.

The temperature of the chip depends on how many calculations are done, this is independent of the amount of flash used, but dependent on what is inside your while(1) loop (also not that much tbh).
