how do i connect the mbed to a local netwerk?
Hello, Im not really familiar with networking technology. I have a program running where i use the HTTPServer library and EthernetNetIf library (the old networkinterface). I use the code which i found on the HTTPServer example and some RPC examples. This all works fine when im connected to a router who is connected to the internet. Now i want to use this in a Local Network but without the router being connected to the internet. I thought this wouldnt be a problem but my router isnt capable anymore of giving me an IP. (I have DHCP server enabled in the settings). My computer connected to this LAN gets one. Is this normal (and what can i do) or do i have to keep looking in the settings of my router?
