after following LPCMini, for some time now, and wanting to incoperate an LPC1768 device into one of my next designs, I decided to test if I could actualy program the part.
I decidedto populate the ABSOLUTE minimum amount of components:
An LPC1768 (of cource) 12 MHz crystal, with 2 * 12pf caps, about 6 decoupeling caps, 10 & 100nf 2 resistors, for reset & ISP.
all fitted onto an SMT adapter board,
and just to see if it worked a couple of LED's, with protection resistors.
The result, astonishingly, it worked first time !!!
