Hi Ali,
Can you please clarify what you mean by "factory setting"? Would you like to update the board's drivers?

The factory demo was not made with mbed.
If you want to restore the factory demo, you need to:
- download STM32CubeF4 embedded firmware package because it contains the source code for this demo
- the source code for this demo is in the subdirectory \Projects\STM32F4-Discovery\Demonstrations inside the ZIP file
- compile it yourself with your favorite compiler. IAR, KEIL and AC6 projects are provided
- program it to the board
