mbed Windows serial port driver problem
hi, i recently got a redbearlab nRF51822, and when i tried to use it, i started with 'user guides' menu. since i use windows, guide says i need to install the mbed windows serial port drive. but i couldn't install it. it gives me 'No mbed Microcontrollers were found' warning every time. in the Troubleshooting part, it says if u get this error be sure ur mbed is plugged in. i checked mbed inventory and be sure mbed supports redbearlab nRF51822, so i want to ask some questions;
-'sure ur mbed is plugged in' what its mean by that? -'no explorer drive windows open' again, what is that? -when i use mac instead of windows, why it couldn't detect a removable mass storage disk named MBED.
