Who has to take care of the PLL and clock initialization?

I am trying to port mbed sdk to one of the boards of Atmel. So wanted to know who takes care of the PLL and clock initialization required for the MCU? Will the OS itself take of these activities.

Hello,

It's currently in the cmsis module, Please look at cmsis folder in the mbed SDK, where you can find SystemInit() function. The cmsis files are usually available for download from manufacturers.
