rn-42 module connection

dear all please help me for this issue I bought above rn42 modem I want to connect it to a remote Bluetooth device. I am using Tera Term emulator after I am adding the device to my pc and entering the pin code (1234) its pairing fine the problem is I don't want to connect it to my pc. I want to connect it with other Bluetooth device when I open the tera term by choosing the right comm port and I do the proper setup (like storing the MAC address to the remote that I wish to connect) after that I send (C,MAC address) the result give ERR-connected . because it really connect to the pc how I can solve this problem. I need rn-42 to listen to me (the module connected to mbed lpc1768 via p9 and p10) regards
