Setting Vref for Analog to Digital conversion LPC 1768

Hi there! I'm a beginner to mbed and the LPC 1768 but I'm trying to test the AD converter. I'm trying to find out if you can set Vref for ADC?

Vref is hardwired to 3V3 on the mbed. Check schematic for details.

Not sure:

the V ref Hi & V ref Lo are physically tied to Gnd, and a buffered 3V3.
