Below are some headings and examples that you should include on a handout to be given to the delegates

Log in instructions

• Log in using the following details
  • User name : lab
  • Password : lab

Facilities

• Toilets are outsite the computer suite, to the left
• There are vending machines in the foyer

Policies

• No eating or drinking in the computer suite
• No Smoking anywhere in the building

Emergency Proceedures

If you discover a fire, raise the alarm and evacuate the building using the exit at the back of the room. Congregate in the car park at the front of the building where the "Fire Assembly Point" signs are.

If emergency services are required, dial 4444 from any internal phone. There is an internal phone in the computer suite next to the entrance door.
