mbed library for different M3 boards

Hello forum,

I really appreciate the mbed library design.

In addition to my mbed 1760 board, I have a Keil MCB1760U evaluation boad, and so have several questions.

  • 1. Is it possible to use the mbed libraries on my Keil board or other M3 boards?
  • 2. If so, what are the steps/process?
  • 3. If anyone has successfully done this I would appreciate knowing the gotchas and lessons learned.
  • 4. Any disadvantages of using the mbed libraries on other boards (speed, interrupt latencies)?

I found mention about the platform.h file.

Asked on the Keil wiki but they punted it back to me saying to ask here.

I received an MCB1760 clone from Hong Kong today, and I successfully loaded mbed BINs to it. Just flashed some LEDs. My first attempt at networking failed (NTP client).

I'll let you know about my progress (if any).
