As title suggests - do some sort of syntax highlighting in a code box, instead of just black text - makes it much easier to read when people post code.
There are many syntax highlighting scripts available - I've used this before, and it's incredibly easy to implement.

Of course, it is very easy to implement, and rather overdue to be added. Thanks for the reminder! I expect this will be added reasonably soon, as part of transitioning the forums to the 'wiki syntax' way of writing.
