STM32 Nucleos Export to CooCox?

31 May 2014

Any chance that support for exporting projects to CooCox for the STM32 Nucleo boards might be coming before September? I am giving a talk at a conference in September and would like to feature the F4 Nucleos board as a killer board at a great price with a path from mbed to a standalong compiler, but Keil is the only thing that can really be exported and most folks will be stuck at 32K max. Hardly a high end platform.

CooCox already has support for the Discovery boards, so hopefully the Nucleo support is not too far off.

Thor

Hi,

I'll look what I can do, if nucleo is supported in the newest CoIDE and debugging works via CMSIS-DAP, it should not be any problem.

Thank you, sir! Hope to hear good things. I will put a bug in the ear of the Coocox folks as well. :)

There appears to be some interest in this from Coocox. :)
